Language Delay - receptive & expressive language skills for a child of any age, including conversational sample, language concepts, vocabulary, & comprehension — ages 2-18 — $200-300
Oromyofunctional Disorder - evaluation of tongue function, palate, tonsils, frenulums (tongue or lip ties), & a speech screener to assess functionality of the mouth and its impact on speech, breathing, & the teeth — ages 5-18 — $150
Speech Disorder - evaluation of articulation errors & oral function — ages 3-18 — $140
Autism Spectrum Disorder - parent screener and interview, ADOS-2 (which includes social interactions & conversational skills), language evaluation & cognitive evaluation as needed — ages 3-18 — $1000

Dyslexia (step 1: Screener) - provided by Lisa Crellin, CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist). Includes parent or client interview and 10-15 minute screening of letter/ reading skills. Also includes report to provide information about the likelihood of dyslexia diagnosis and discuss further evaluation options — ages 4+ — $165
Dyslexia (Step 2: Assessment) - (administered AFTER Dyslexia screener) - full evaluation and diagnosis administered by Lisa Crellin, CALT (Certified Academic Language Therapist (supervised by Dr. Ben Belnap, PhD Psychologist), - in depth assessment of literacy & language: reading, spelling, phonological awareness, writing, comprehension, & vocabulary — ages 6+ — $635

Collaborative Feedback and Recommendations: Following the evaluation, we provide thorough feedback to the client and their family, discussing the assessment results and implications for therapy. We provide detailed recommendations for therapy goals and strategies based on the evaluation results, aiming to help individuals achieve their optimal communication potential.
